Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using the service, “Merchant” or “you”) and JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC), India, which provides D2C Fiber (d2cfiber) and its WhatsApp product (together, the “Service”). By signing up or using the Service you accept these terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1. The Service
- Reports and profit analysis from platforms you connect (for example Shopify, Meta, Shiprocket), and AI-generated insights and suggestions.
- Tools that act on your behalf — such as changing ad budgets, sending WhatsApp messages, replying to comments or tagging orders — only within the settings and approvals you choose.
- Suggestions, forecasts and AI outputs are estimates based on your data. They are not guarantees of sales, profit or ad results, and you remain responsible for business decisions.
2. Accounts and approval
- New merchant accounts are reviewed and approved by us. We may decline or close an account at our discretion, for example for false information or misuse.
- You are responsible for the people you add to your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Only connect accounts, stores, ad accounts and phone numbers you are authorised to manage.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually where offered) in advance, in Indian Rupees, plus applicable GST. Prices are shown on our website or quoted to you.
- Free trials end on the date shown in your account. Features may be limited until a paid plan starts.
- Third-party charges are separate and paid by you to the provider: advertising spend (Meta, Google), WhatsApp conversation/message charges (Meta or the messaging provider, passed on at cost), payment gateway and courier fees.
- If a payment fails or is overdue, we may pause the account after notice. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Follow the policies of every connected platform, including Meta's Advertising Standards, WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies, and Shopify's terms.
- Send marketing messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, honour opt-outs (“STOP”), and follow the DPDP Act, 2023 and TRAI rules.
- No unlawful, misleading, harmful, adult or infringing products or content; no spam; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
- We may suspend features or accounts that put customers, platforms or the Service at risk.
5. Your data
You own your business data and your customers' data. You appoint us to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the notices/consents needed for the customer data you bring to the Service.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it depends on third-party platforms and may sometimes be interrupted. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance.
8. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms or non-payment. After termination you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; we then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or results of advertising, messaging or business decisions. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana. Complaints can also be raised with our Grievance Officer.
