Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove d2cfiber's access and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Remove access

• In d2cfiber: Settings → disconnect the platform.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select d2cfiber → Remove.
• On Shopify: Settings → Apps and sales channels → d2cfiber → Uninstall.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email telewebads@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email address you sign in with. We delete your account, connected-platform data and stored reports within 30 days and confirm by email.
