D2C Fiber (d2cfiber) is a business analytics, advertising and customer-messaging service operated by JMVAS Telecommunications Private Limited (OPC) (“we”). It helps online brands (“merchants”) see their sales, advertising and returns in one place and act on them. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Our two roles

Data we collect

How we use data

Google user data

We use Google sign-in only to identify you. d2cfiber's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Data is shared only with service providers that run the Service on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations: cloud hosting and database (Railway, Neon), AI model providers (Anthropic, Google), messaging (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, MSG91), voice calls (Bolna, when enabled) and the platforms the merchant connects. Some providers may process data outside India with appropriate safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.

Security

Platform access tokens are encrypted before storage; data is encrypted in transit; access needs sign-in and is limited by role; every action is logged. See Security for details and how we handle incidents.

Retention

We keep data while the merchant's account is active. After the account closes, or on request, we delete account data, connected-platform data and reports within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). Backups roll off within a further 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate a person to act for you, as provided by the DPDP Act. Customers of a merchant should first contact that merchant; we will help the merchant respond. See Data deletion for how to remove access and delete data.

Grievances and contact
